In the past few months many locations have had countertops stolen by individuals posing as service technicians.  This has occurred at various times of the day, mostly in and around the Detroit area. 

Please be aware of this situation and if you have had a countertop stolen, please contact Byron Howard, Shaffer Distributing, 734-432-1040 or John Pascaretti, Wolverine American, 313-937-4600 with the serial number in the event the machine shows up at their distributing center, or if they are contacted regarding that machine.
